After School Program Policies

After School programs are offered to our students 5 years old through 12th grade. They run for a semester; they are not to be considered as individual classes. The fees assessed are for the entire program and are not considered to be individual session fees. There will be no reimbursement for classes that are missed due to illness or scheduling conflicts, including sports conflicts. This includes dropping a course part-way through for any reason. Registrations received after the due date will not be included in the roster for the first week of classes. School tuition payments must be current to sign up for after school program classes. Please note we do not prorate the class registration fee for any students registered after the class starts.
