The college counseling department is hosting a financial Aid Deep Dive on Thursday, October 18th at 6:15 pm in the Science Pod. Feel free to come with your computers and specific questions as it relates to the FAFSA, CSS Profile, Expected Family Contribution (EFC) or how to set your family up for success as you navigate the financial aid process. Families of students in grade 12 are strongly encouraged to attend.
Located in the Science Pod - The College Counseling department will present on: Financial Aid resources (FAFSA, CSS Profile, scholarships, grants etc) Naviance *Grade 11 and 12 families are strongly encouraged to attend.
The topic for this session is “Independence.”
Representatives from New York University, John Hopkins University and Vanderbilt University will be here offering presentations to the VI community.
Admissions representatives from each school will be on hand to discuss their schools and college readiness. Two presentations are available: 2:15-3:15 pm - VIMSIA Large Science Pod (this is a private event for our PGIA students in grades 9-12 ONLY) 6:00 - 8:00 pm - VIMSIA Large Science Pod - Open to the St. Thomas and St. John Community
The PGIA staff will unveil the exciting choices for this year's PGIA End Session program happening in May/June 2019. All students in grade 7-11 must participate in the End Session program.
Please note the scheduling change to May 30.
This is a crucial orientation program for your 6th graders moving up to the PGIA and the IB Middle Years Program. Attendance is mandatory for current grade 6 families. The meeting will be held in the large pod.
