Taking the Next Step

Our college counseling program provides families with comprehensive support through every stage of the process—search, application, admission, financial aid, and transition. Juniors and seniors take a College Seminar course that offers guidance and SAT/ACT preparation, while students also benefit from private college visits hosted on campus and opportunities to attend local college fairs.

What colleges say about the IB Program

Word cloud featuring university names, prominently displaying Harvard, Columbia, King to University, and Princeton.

“Success in an IB program correlates well with success at Harvard. We are always pleased to see the credentials of the IB Diploma Program on the transcript. GPA is not nearly as important a factor in university admission as the IB Diploma. If a student has to choose, choose the Diploma overprotecting the GPA.”
Marilyn McGrath Lewis, Dean of Admissions at Harvard University

“My eyes light up when I see ‘International Baccalaureate Diploma Program’ on a transcript.” — Pamela Horne, Director of Admissions at Michigan State University

“One of the advantages of an IB curriculum is its structure and quality. It is a coordinated program, well established, well known and well respected. We know the quality of IB courses, and we think the IB curriculum is terrific.”
— Christoph Guttentag, Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Duke University
