Financial Aid Application Process
VIMSIA uses FACTS to help assess a family’s eligibility for financial aid. This service will help families feel confident that their request for financial aid is being treated objectively, professionally and confidentially.
To be evaluated for Financial Aid, you must have a current student or have an application submitted for a new student. Our Financial Aid Policy details the application process. Financial Aid applications are due by May 1 for returning students. If a new student is applying after May 1, a financial aid application must be completed online within 1 week of receiving a new enrollment contract.
Submit a Financial Aid Application via the FACTS website. There is a $45 processing fee per family.
Financial Aid recipients must use the FACTS Management System to make their tuition payments.
Financial aid distribution is at the discretion of the school. Each application is externally assessed then discussed and weighted based on additional factors including but not limited to the family's financial need, their involvement with the school, timely receipt of the Financial Aid Application package, student and family mission symmetry, and prompt payment history.
Families are required to submit a Financial Aid Application every year.
One-time Fees
Student Bond
Parents must purchase a $750 non-negotiable promissory note or bond in their child's name, to be presented to VIMSIA upon enrollment. Upon request, the bond is refundable when the child is no longer enrolled, provided all appropriate tuition has been paid. This request must be made in writing within one year of the child leaving the school.
