La Casa Toddler Program
12 months – 3 years
La Casa is more than just a place for your child to stay. IT’s a sophisticated, science-backed educational environment designed for children aged 12 months to three years.
While traditional daycare centers focus primarily on "care" and supervision, La Casa provides a fully developed Montessori curriculum. Every element of our program is intentionally structured to foster independence, cognitive growth, and a lifelong love of learning during these critical formative years.
Our Distinctive Approach
Curriculum vs. Daycare: We move beyond simple play-based supervision. Our students engage in a "prepared environment" that uses proven pedagogical methods to build foundational skills in language, motor coordination, and social-emotional intelligence.
Island Exploration: Taking full advantage of our beautiful St. Thomas campus, our curriculum includes regular nature walks. These excursions allow toddlers to connect with the local environment, sharpening their observational skills and cultivating a deep respect for the natural world.
Prepared Environments: Both our indoor and outdoor spaces are meticulously designed to meet the specific developmental needs of the toddler, encouraging self-directed exploration and boundless curiosity.
